Supervised by Jeffrey Gallup, M.A., LPC-S, NCC, CFMHE
Kendra is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She practices under the supervision of Jeffrey Gallup, LPC-S, and is committed to providing thoughtful, structured, and client-centered care.
Kendra approaches therapy with the belief that meaningful change begins in a safe and affirming environment. She is intentional about creating a space where clients can show up authentically, speak openly, and feel genuinely heard. Her work is grounded in the conviction that individuals possess the capacity for resilience and growth, particularly when equipped with practical tools and guided insight. She helps clients move from feeling overwhelmed by problems to developing a clearer, solution-oriented mindset supported by sustainable coping strategies.
Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Through these evidence-based modalities, Kendra helps clients examine patterns of thinking, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build healthier emotional and behavioral responses. She works with a diverse range of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, and alcohol or substance use. Her style balances empathy with accountability, encouraging clients to take active steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
Outside of her clinical role, Kendra remains deeply engaged in her community. She mentors youth through her church and local outreach efforts, volunteers at service events supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and older adults, and values opportunities to give back. In her personal life, she enjoys being a “volleyball mom” to her daughter, exploring new foods, and watching true crime documentaries. These experiences contribute to her approachable presence and ability to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
Kendra is a member of the American Counseling Association.
