Cassidy Seale, M.A., LPC-Associate
Supervised by Jeffrey Gallup, M.A., LPC-S, NCC, CFMHE
Cassidy is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate practicing under the supervision of Jeffrey Gallup, LPC-S. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University in May 2024 and brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to her clinical work.
Cassidy works primarily with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship challenges, and other emotional stressors. She draws from cognitive and insight-oriented modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Transactional Analysis—while grounding her work in a person-centered framework. This combination allows her to balance structured skill-building with deeper exploration of internal patterns, core beliefs, and relational dynamics. She approaches therapy as collaborative and adaptive, intentionally tailoring each treatment plan to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
Authenticity is central to Cassidy’s therapeutic style. She prioritizes creating a counseling environment that feels safe, grounded, and relationally genuine—where clients can explore thoughts, emotions, and spiritual considerations without fear of judgment. She believes meaningful change begins when clients feel both supported and gently challenged. By helping individuals identify recurring patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and clarify personal values, she supports steady, sustainable growth over time. Cassidy views herself as a consistent ally in the process—someone who can offer structure, insight, and compassionate accountability.
Outside of her work at Mansfield Counseling, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her partner, dog, and two cats. She is an avid thrifter, enjoys horror films, and loves cooking and immersing herself in fantasy worlds.
Cassidy is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Texas Counseling Association (TCA), the Dallas Metro Counseling Association (DMCA), and the Association for Specialists in Group Work (ASGW).
