Supervised by Elise Thompson LMFT-S

Madeline specializes in grief and neurodivergence and enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples as they navigate life transitions and interpersonal challenges. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy, with an emphasis on creative, strengths-based interventions that help clients identify what is already working and build forward from there. As a certified Therapeutic Game Master, she also offers the option of incorporating therapeutic tabletop role-play (TTRPG) into the therapy process, creating an engaging and experiential avenue for insight, skill-building, and growth.

Madeline approaches therapy as a collaborative and evolving process. She believes people are continually adapting and reshaping themselves in response to their environments, and she is passionate about supporting clients who feel stuck as they reconnect with a path that feels authentic and sustainable. She views her role as a supportive “side character” in each client’s larger story—present, attuned, and helpful, while ultimately working to equip clients with the tools, insight, and confidence to move forward independently. In session, she prioritizes creating a space where clients feel seen, welcomed, and understood, and she intentionally incorporates each client’s interests into the therapeutic work to make the process both meaningful and personalized.

Together, you will clarify your goals and develop a treatment plan that meets you where you are, allowing therapy to feel both practical and relevant to your life. Madeline aims to ensure that each session has purpose and direction, while still remaining flexible to what you need in the moment.

Outside of the therapy room, Madeline enjoys cozy gaming, gardening, and propagating houseplants. She values time with her husband and their three cats, who tend to supervise her hobbies. She is a fan of Studio Ghibli, enjoys exploring anime and film, and is always excited for a good tabletop role-playing session.
