Cassidy Seale MA LPC-Associate, Supervised by Jeffrey Gallup, MA LPC-S NCC CFMHE
Cassidy is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Jeff Gallup, LPC-S, M.A., NCC, CFMHE. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University in May 2024.
Cassidy has experience supporting young adults and adults navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and other mental health concerns. She blends cognitive-based counseling approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Transactional Analysis—with a person-centered philosophy and creative counseling techniques. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and is continually expanding her therapeutic toolkit to best meet each client’s unique needs.
Cassidy values authenticity in the counseling relationship and strives to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and spiritual well-being. She recognizes that each individual’s journey is different. When clients feel truly supported, they can begin developing insight, building new skills, and making meaningful shifts in their lives. Growth unfolds at its own pace, and Cassidy sees her role as a consistent ally—someone who can challenge, support, and walk alongside clients with compassion and genuine human connection.
Outside of Mansfield Counseling, Cassidy enjoys relaxing with her partner, dog, and two cats. She’s an avid thrifter, a fan of the latest horror films, and loves cooking and exploring all things fantasy.
